What happens to your work
Not used to train AI
Your questions and uploads are not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.
Private until you share
Everything you create or upload is private to you until you choose to share it, with a named colleague or across your company.
No public links
Nothing in TrendDesk has a public web page. Anyone you share with has to sign in to see it, and they see only that item.
Delete means delete
Close your account and your data is erased.
Sources you can check
Every answer shows where it came from, with dates. Sønr’s research library is our own work and publicly available sources.
Where it runs
TrendDesk runs on Amazon Web Services, protected by Cloudflare.
- Pulse works from themes across the market, never the words of a question or the contents of a document, and it never names a company or a person.
- On Exchange, you see exactly what will be published before anything goes live, and nobody sees who shared a report or who unlocked it.
