Coming in March 2027

Pulse and Exchange are coming to the desk.

Two new parts of TrendDesk arrive in March. One shows what the market is paying attention to. The other lets you trade finished research.

Pulse

See what people like you are looking at. Spot what you’re missing.

Pulse shows what people across insurance are researching on TrendDesk, by role and by type of organisation, and sets it against what you track. You see what’s rising, what’s already on your radar and your blind spots: the themes people like you are looking at that you aren’t.

A fresh read every Monday. Every theme is one click from action: put it on your radar, ask the desk or brief a researcher.

Blind spot

Claims teams at large US insurers are looking hard at AI fraud detection this month. Interest is rising fast. It’s not yet on your radar.

Confidential by design

A read on the whole market, without giving anything away.

Pulse shows patterns across the market, never the people or companies behind them. Your questions, documents and research stay private and confidential.

  • See attention by role and type of organisation: claims teams at large insurers, underwriters at MGAs, strategy teams at reinsurers.
  • Pulse works from themes, never the words of a question or the contents of a document.
  • A theme only appears once enough organisations are looking at it, and no single organisation can sway it.
  • No names. Pulse never shows a company or a person, and the only exact numbers you see are your own.

Exchange

Share a finished report. Unlock someone else’s.

Most organisations have research they’ve finished with: a market map, a vendor assessment, a market entry study. Offer one to Exchange. We take out anything that points back to you, rebuild it in Sønr’s format and show you exactly what members will see.

Each report you share earns Exchange credits, which you spend to unlock reports from other members. Sønr’s own team adds research too, as Sønr Originals.

How Exchange protects you

Nobody ever sees who shared a report, or who unlocked it.

  • You choose what to offer, one report at a time. Nothing in your Library is shared unless you offer it.
  • We rebuild your report and remove anything that points to you: names, clients, partners, projects, places and exact figures.
  • Nothing is published until you’ve seen exactly what members will see and said yes.
  • You can withdraw a report at any time, and new unlocks stop straight away.
  • Nothing on Exchange is public. Only signed-in members can see it.
